Meet Jeremiah: A Story of Resilience and Triumph

Today, as the world marks the International Day of People with Disability, we at Asustem Robotics Academy celebrate one of our true champions, Jeremiah, a shining example of resilience, creativity, and hope.

After a life-changing accident that left him with mobility challenges, Jeremiah’s education came to an abrupt halt. For two long years, he remained at home, uncertain about his future and what possibilities still lay ahead. But everything changed when the Center for Disability Entrepreneurship and Public Policy discovered his talent and connected him with Asustem Robotics Academy.

Through a one-year full scholarship in our Artistry and Creatives Module, Jeremiah rediscovered his passion for art and design. His determination and talent flourished, and at our Annual STEM Expo and Graduation Ceremony, his journey was celebrated as he proudly received the Resilience Award, recognizing his courage, commitment, and growth.

Jeremiah’s story reminds us that disability is not inability. With inclusive learning environments and equal opportunities, every learner, regardless of their challenges, can thrive, innovate, and make a lasting impact.

At Asustem Robotics, we are committed to building a future where STEM and creativity are truly accessible to all.

Join us in celebrating Jeremiah’s success and in advocating for a more inclusive, equitable world.
