UEW Vice-Chancellor Launches SACOST Community STEM Clubs Project

We are excited to share that Prof. Stephen Jobson Mitchual, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has officially launched the SACOST Community STEM Clubs Project.

Delivering the keynote address, Prof. Mitchual highlighted the importance of applied learning and problem-solving within STEM education. Drawing from his experience developing a fufu-pounding machine, he demonstrated how scientific knowledge can be used to address everyday challenges in meaningful ways.

He commended SACOST and its implementing partners for their commitment to advancing STEM education and encouraged them to continue developing innovative programs that make a positive impact in communities.

This project is a powerful step toward transforming and empowering the next generation of problem-solvers and innovators through STEM.
